Monday Night Club Bylaws

The following bylaws have been written down for future times of anarchy. The bylaws were discussed and voted on during the reign of the club. They are not intended to be discussed or talked about with people outside of the club. New Bylaws have to be voted on by the entire club.

  1. You have to be unanimously voted into the Monday Night Club. New members are mandatory BEER BITCH for 2 weeks.
  2. Your dues have to be paid before you get points. (Meaning, if we win the first 2 weeks and you are not fully paid up, you will lose the points for the weeks that you were not paid up.)
  3. No shirt or previous year shirt: you are BEER BITCH!
  4. No ice skating to be shown at MNC.
  5. Females are only allowed to watch the game with the club on special occasions. This also has to be voted on per situation.
  6. If you are the one person that stops a unanimous pick, you owe the club the 100 points.
    1. If you save us from losing a unanimous pick, you get a pat on the back.
  7. The MNC host will receive $5 from everyone that attends.
    1. If you do not call the host and you do not attend, you are subject to pay $5 to the host.
  8. You must have a TV bigger than 19 inches for the MNC night. Our eyes aren't getting any younger. If you cannot get one, steal one.
  9. Busting of Balls is mandatory. No hard feelings.
  10. Every Super Bowl the MNC members will do a shot in memory of passed friends and fellow MNCers.
  11. You must not leave the Beer-Meister unattended.
  12. No guests for the Super Bowl party.
  13. Extra sports tickets go to the MNC members 1st, immediate family 2nd, in-laws 3rd.
  14. There should never be any phone calls during a MNC outing. Emergencies only.
  15. Never bet against "the Redneck" on monday night.
    1. This law should be banished since "the Redneck" is horrible. (and retired!)
  16. The annual Christmas party has to be at a "Fat Man's Chicken on a Stick."
  17. MNC functions should never run out of food or beer. Consequences could mean expulsion from the club forever.
  18. Any member who plans to attend MNC will respond to the host no later than 4:00pm that given night. If there is no response by 4:00pm it will be assumed that you are not attending and food will NOT be prepared for you. If you decide to show, you will sit and watch the other members feast and grow fatter while getting them beers. The same rule applies for the Super Bowl Party, but will have a 2 week notice period.
  19. Whichever member is crowned "Mr. Monday Night" based on the most correct picks will have the honor of choosing the following season shirt style/color.
